LawyerService.com is India's first shared legal workspace — where lawyers manage cases efficiently and clients always know exactly what's happening with their case.
Every Indian dealing with a legal matter faces the same frustrating reality — chaos, zero visibility, and no accountability. Both lawyers and clients suffer.
WhatsApp, email, physical folders — scattered across multiple places with no organisation.
Lawyers forget hearings. Clients don't know what's happening. No system exists.
New lawyer knows nothing. Client re-explains everything. Months of work wasted.
Clients are kept in the dark about their own case. Trust breaks down quickly.
LawyerService.com gives lawyers the tools to work efficiently and gives clients the visibility they deserve — in one transparent, secure platform.
Every case gets its own private, shared workspace. Lawyer and client both have full access — documents, dates, notes, and communication history.

LawyerService.com is fully designed to comply with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and the DPDP Rules, 2025. This page explains how we implement the Act's requirements and what it means for you.
The Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 is India's comprehensive data privacy law. It governs how organisations collect, store, process, and share the personal data of Indian residents. The DPDP Rules, 2025 were notified in November 2025 and full compliance is required by May 2027. LawyerService.com is building DPDP compliance into the platform from day one — not as a retrofit.
LawyerService.com acts as a Data Fiduciary — we determine the purpose and means of processing user personal data. Users (lawyers and clients) are Data Principals — the individuals whose data is processed. We take our obligations as a Data Fiduciary seriously.
We collect and process personal data only with your explicit, free, specific, and informed consent. When you sign up, we clearly explain:
You can withdraw consent at any time by deleting your account or contacting us at privacy@lawyerservice.com.
We only collect data that is necessary for the specific purpose stated at the time of collection. We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond operating and improving the LawyerService.com platform.
We collect only the minimum data required to provide our services. We do not ask for Aadhaar numbers, PAN cards, or other sensitive identification unless specifically required for a feature you choose to use.
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the stated purpose or as required by law. See our Privacy Policy for detailed retention timelines. You can request immediate deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.
All user data is stored on servers located in India (AWS Mumbai region). We do not transfer your personal data outside India. This ensures full compliance with any future data localisation requirements under the DPDP Act.
LawyerService.com is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor has created an account, please contact us immediately at privacy@lawyerservice.com.
